Khadijah Ibrahim is the founder of Amazing Writing Management, a company that focus on positive personality in creating strong team and effective leadership. 

She is a certified handwriting analyst, author, internet marketer, and trainer and she also has a lot of experiences in manufacturing industry especially heavy duty industry.

She graduated from University of Sheffield, United Kingdom in Chemical Process and Fuel Technology. She started her career as QA chemist in a multinational company

In her prior career, she had been involved in making critical decisions that effect the quality of products and services to fulfil customer requirements and environment where these decisions develop company’s reputations among high valued customers. The multinational industries that she had worked in include manufacturer of heavy duty coatings, waste management that contribute to improvement of environment and cement industry that develop green products.

These responsibilities had included positions as QA Chemist, Development Chemist, QA Manager, QC Manager, Technical Manager and Commercial Manager.

Khadijah wrote books about the basic of handwriting analysis in “Tulisan Cerminan Personaliti Diri” where she introduce to her readers how to measure emotional responses, how long the emotions last and habits that can be determined from the handwriting that will help the person to succeed or to fail.  This book is available in most leading bookstore such as MPH. 

She also wrote e-books with the title Simple Traits In Your Handwriting that teaches her readers to identify 15 habits that commonly seen in the handwriting including lying and procrastination traits. 

In 15 Secrets Of Making Money With Positive Personality Revealed, Khadijah talks about the most necessary and important things that must be done to build successful online business and one of these important things is having positive personality and developing them if you do not have one.

Khadijah offers consultation services to individual who wants to develop positive and successful personality, provides support to company in selection of employees and assistance to counsellor in determining issues in their clients.

Appeared on MHI, TV3 a Malay version morning talk show on January 2008 and on The Breakfast Show, NTV7 on January 2009 to talk about how a person’s handwriting can reveal so much about themselves.
